The collection consists of the records, 1892-1972, of Local Lodge 89, IAMAW and includes minutes, financial records, correspondance, rolls and dues lists, administrative records of the Ladies Auxiliary, railroad maintenance booklets, dues books, and other general administrative records and items. Local Lodge 89 had a number of railroad machinists in its membership. It was aided by its Ladies Auxiliary, made up of female relatives of the members of the Local.
